Mosaic Pastoral Internship
Goal: To raise up and develop future men and women for church planting and ministry.
At Mosaic Christian Fellowship the Lord has given us a vision to make disciples, be on mission and plant churches. The purpose of the pastoral internship program is not to build the staff ministries within the church but to equip future pastors for ministry even outside of our church. We believe in the value of apprenticeship and observation but also engaged ministry where interns can learn firsthand from experience. Along with that is an expectation of learning through reading and reflection on important topics relating to church ministry and church planting.
